This is a tool that can take care of quotes, PO process, invoicing, sales process, inventory management, expenses and contact management. Contact management is also supported by print features such as envelope printing, mailing label printing and group email. The printing features provide routine support like the report printing. Purchase order preparation, customer orders, invoices and sales receipts can be managed easily. PDF files could be created for various reports. You are able to monitor supplier bill payments and customer invoice collections. For supplier payments and other expenses, you could manage deposit, advance payment, progress payment and installments, etc. Monitoring of all material and products handled by the organization could also be monitored. Quotations in single order, multiple orders in single delivery order and invoicing could all be supported. All customer details could be maintained in the organizations database.

Receipts and payment vouchers, supporting Ship-to-stock and Ship-from-stock, cheque printing with the relevant information and amount, transaction and remittance history of all the accounts could all be managed well. Database access through local network or over a VPN is supported. Funds transfer via banks supports multiple currencies and exchange rates can be taken care of. Key personnel details of suppliers, banks, customers, etc. can be kept is databases for easy access. Employee details as well as the organization structure can be made available for quick reference. User access control is managed. All kinds of reports and listings can be exported in PDF, XLS, Doc and RTF formats. This is a very good tool.
